03 · How we host
Five hours. Every changeover.
Guests arrive to a lit stove, made beds and a full kettle. This is the standard every home gets between checkout and check-in.
The turnover standard
Six checks before every arrival.

Guest line · 24/7
One number. Someone answers.
Locked out, no hot water, a wrong turn on the single-track road: call the guest line and a person at the desk in Fort William picks up, day or night.

For owners
Your home, hosted like this.
