When you ask for an estimate we keep your name, email, the address of the home and anything you tell us about it. Guests booking our homes share their name, contact details and stay dates.

To prepare your estimate, to run the homes we manage, to pay owners and to answer guests. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long
Estimate requests are deleted after 12 months if we do not work together. Owner and booking records are kept for six years for tax.

The agreement
We manage your home under a written agreement. It covers listing, pricing, guest contact, cleaning, linen, maintenance and payouts.

Our fee
Our fee
18% of booking income, taken from each booking. There is no setup fee and no exit fee.

We pay owners by bank transfer on the 1st of each month, with a statement for the month before.

You can block dates for yourself at any time before they are booked.

Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice in writing. Bookings already taken are honoured.
